As SNAP benefits are imperiled and frozen due to the government shutdown, many people are struggling to buy food – and wondering how they will feed their families in the weeks ahead. Food pantries are doing a brisk business. But people are finding and creating new ways to help their neighbors – like acting as a so-called "Grocery Buddy."
