How Inside Edition Shot First Footage of 'Miracle on the Hudson' 10 Years Ago

On a blustery cold January day in 2009, Inside Edition staff in New York City were shocked to see a passenger airplane flying low outside the newsroom windows and eventually land in the Hudson River. Inside Edition’s camera crews raced to the scene and saw the plane floating in the water. Incredibly, each passenger was brought out to safety. Inside Edition was there as the 155 survivors were brought to dry land following their harrowing ordeal.
