The reality TV star is going straight to the top, seeking clemency for a great-grandmother serving a life sentence for a first time, non-violent drug offense. Kardashian has been communicating with the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner. The inmate, 63-year-old Alice Johnson, has been behind bars for 21 years in Alabama.
