How Savannah Guthrie’s 2-Year-Old Accidentally Hurt Her Eye

Fans have been wondering where “Today” host Savannah Guthrie is. It turns out her 2-year-old son, Charley, is partly to blame. Guthrie said that her son threw a toy train at her eye, tearing her retina. Guthrie said she lost vision in her right eye 24 hours later and that the injury was more serious than she had initially thought. She still came into work this week wearing her glasses and told fans she still hopes to co-host the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
