Dr. Oz says pushing your body against a chair is the key when it comes to choking. If you're having a heart attack, Dr. Oz says first call 911, then take an aspirin but don't swallow it. And if you go into labor when you are alone, Dr. Oz says make sure you have plenty of towels and warm water.
