Hugh Hefner's widow is speaking out about what she says led to the legendary playboy's death more than six years ago. At the time of his death, a representative said Hefner died of "natural causes." However, Crystal Hefner says, “He died of E. coli bacteria that was highly resistant to all antibiotics except one.” In her new book, "Only Say Good Things," Crystal also reveals living at the Playboy Mansion was like being in a prison.
