Rare Tornado Slams Chicago Amid Heatwave

Illinois residents were shocked as tornados slammed Chicago. Residents of the windy city captured scenes of massive twisters tearing through the landscape. Chicago's weather was sparked by the heat dome, covering much of the nation. The extreme heat is raising the temperature of the water off the coast of Florida to a record 96 degrees.
