Is Escaped Inmate Using Underground Tunnels to Evade Cops?
Escaped Pennsylvania inmate Danelo Cavalcante slipped through the police dragnet and vanished despite roadblocks and an intense manhunt. The dairy farm was just outside the police perimeter, which is apparently how he was able to evade the roadblocks. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
