There are few New Year’s traditions as pulse-pounding as the annual polar plunge. Despite the chilly rush, experts say there are possible dangers which include hypothermia. In addition, experts suggest limiting initial exposure to just a few seconds and practicing with a cold shower before jumping into the waves. However, some passionate plungers say they're not losing sleep over any potential health risks. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian has more.
