Accused kidnapper Jake Patterson smirked as he entered a Wisconsin courtroom. Patterson, 21, made a brief appearance in which he waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He faces charges for allegedly abducting Jayme Closs, 13, from her home last October after killing her parents, Denise and James Closs.
