Jonathan Rinderknecht Arrested For Allegedly Starting Palisades Fire

Federal authorities say an Uber driver started one of the most devastating fires in Los Angeles history: The Palisades Fire. Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, was taken into custody in Orlando, Florida, although authorities say he lived in the Palisades and was familiar with the area. He is suspected of first starting a smaller fire that burned underground, eventually erupting into The Palisades Fire. The arrest comes after a 9-month investigation.
