Judge Frank Caprio was known as the nicest judge in America. For nearly 40 years, Judge Caprio ran his courtroom in Providence, Rhode Island with a soft touch, cutting folks a break when he thought they deserved it. His good natured antics made him a viral hit on YouTube. His popularity led to his own syndicated show, "Caught in Providence," where he continued to hand out justice with compassion. Judge Caprio passed away from pancreatic cancer.
