Judge Halts Deportation of New York Pizza Delivery Man Until July Hearing

An undocumented pizza delivery man who faces deportation has been granted an emergency stay. 35-year-old Pablo Villavicencio was arrested while delivering food to the Fort Hamilton Army base in Brooklyn, N.Y. last week because a check of his identity revealed he was ordered to leave the U.S. in 2010.
