Judge Threatens to Jail Harvey Weinstein Over His Cell Phone Use

The judge at Harvey Weinstein’s trial threatened to jail the disgraced movie mogul today, after Weinstein came to court with four cellphones in his pocket. Weinstein’s defense attorney apologized, but the judge replied, “I don’t want an apology. I want compliance.” The judge also revealed that Charlize Theron, Selma Hayek, Rosie Perez and Annabella Sciorra are among potential witnesses. Jury selection has begun with a pool of 2,000 women and men.
