Brett Kavanaugh's third accuser is adding her voice to the uproar surrounding the Supreme Court nominee. Julie Swetnick, 55, spoke to John Heilemann of Showtime’s “The Circus.” "From what I experienced firsthand, I don't think he belongs on the Supreme Court," Swetnick said. In a declaration, she wrote that boys at the parties spiked the punch to get girls drunk "so they could then be ‘gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.”
