Jussie Smollett Shows Cops Noose Around Neck in New Video of Alleged Attack

New video has been released in the hate crime case related to Jussie Smollett. More than 70 hours of footage was handed out by the Chicago Police Department. Officers met with the "Empire" actor in his apartment right after the alleged attack in January. In the video, Smollett shows officers a noose he said was put around his neck. Police later said Smollett staged the attack and he was charged with filing a false report. But those charges were later dropped.
