Kansas City Chiefs Parade Shooting Witness Says People Were Getting Trampled

Many are wondering if they should stay away from major public events after the shooting that happened during the Kansas City Chiefs parade. Amanda Wienck and her 11-year-old daughter were at the victory parade when gunfire erupted. The shooting is the latest in a string of public event nightmares. Experts say there are things we should all be aware of before attending any parade, rally or large public gathering. Inside Edition’s Ann Mercogliano has more.
