Did Katy Perry plagiarize the beat of her 2013 hit "Dark Horse”? That's what gospel rapper Marcus Gray is claiming, saying the beat was nicked from his song "Joyful Noise." Now, Gray, who goes by the name "Flame,” is suing Perry for copyright infringement. Perry’s attorneys insist she's never heard the 2008 song before, but the song has millions of views on YouTube and was even nominated for a Grammy.
