Kentucky Man Builds New Life After Being Shot and Paralyzed in Carjacking

On a pleasant March day in 2017, Terrell Williams made a quick stop at a convenience store in Louisville, Kentucky. What happened to him next would change the course of his life. A man attempted to steal his car, and in the course of the carjacking, Williams was shot and paralyzed from the waist down. “I didn't have problems with anybody,” he told Inside Edition Digital. “I never thought that I would be the victim of a random act of violence.”
