Kentucky Senator Pleads With Colleagues Not to Pass So Called Anti-Trans Bill

A lawmaker in Kentucky pleads with her colleagues not to vote for a bill that would prohibit public schools from adopting policies requiring teachers to address students by their preferred pronouns. Senator Karen Berg’s son was a trans activist who took his own life last year at the age of 24. The Senate passed the bill anyway.
