Kentucky Woman Dubbed as ‘Queen of Chaos’ Shares Her Favorite Mugshot

A 23-year-old Kentucky woman has been dubbed, by some, "The Queen of Chaos." Rayanna Brock has been arrested 10 times and has glamorous mugshots to prove it. Somehow, the 23-year-old manages to smile and look pretty in every single picture. In one mugshot, she even looks downright happy following her arrest for theft. Social media can not get enough of her, comparing her to the mugshot in the new "Barbie" movie. Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.
