Lawyer Apologizes for Brett Kavanaugh Mistaken Identity Theory

Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who's accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her decades ago, is hitting back at conservative Ed Whelan for saying she mistook the judge for someone else. Whelan is facing backlash for speculating about what happened the night Ford claims Kavanaugh assaulted her. Ford said she was just 15 years old when a stumbling drunk 17-year-old Kavanaugh tried to rape her in 1982. Whalen apologized in a statement posted on social media.
