As the prosecution wraps up its arguments in Derek Chauvin’s murder trial, the question looms large: Will the disgraced ex-cop take the stand and testify in his own defense? Inside Edition gathered three legal experts: defense attorney Tom Messerau, litigator Mark Geragos, and lawyer/TV personality Nancy Grace, to discuss. Grace doesn’t think Chauvin’s team will risk exposing him to cross examination from the prosecution, and Messerau agrees. But Geragos thinks he has no choice but to testify.
