Lego House Uses Lockdown to Make World’s Largest Lego Soccer Ball in Denmark

Employees at Lego House, an official Lego company showcase in the toy’s home country of Denmark, were busy during the Coronavirus lockdown. They put together the world’s largest Lego soccer ball, brick by brick. The big ball weighs over two and a half tons, and is over twelve feet tall! It took the team 150 hours to build the ball, using one hundred and seventy three thousand, six hundred Legos. The effort celebrates the European Championships, some of which is being played in Copenhagen.
