Little Girl Safe After Being Swept in the Air at Taiwan Kite Festival

There were terrifying moments at a kite festival in Taiwan. A little girl, just three years old,
hung on for dear life, as a kite whipped her through the sky. She flew some 30 feet in the
air. Onlookers screamed, unable to help. Finally, after 30 seconds, a current brought her
close enough to the ground that some could grab her and bring her to safety. Thankfully,
the child was not seriously injured, but her parents reported she was in some shock from
the incident.
