LSU Student Shot Dead in Car at Railroad Crossing

The heartbroken father of a slain college senior is pleading for help to track down the murderer. Twenty-one-year-old Allie Rice was shot multiple times through the windshield of her car when it stopped at a railroad crossing in Baton Rouge. The marketing major from Louisiana State University had been on a night out with friends. Her father, Paul Rice, says she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No motive or suspects have been named.
