Major Biden Gets ‘InDOGuration’ Ceremony to Celebrate 1st White House Rescue Dog

This year’s presidential inauguration is going to be different in many ways. The Delaware Humane Association added its own event to the list of celebratory events by hosting an “InDOGuration” ceremony for Presidential Pet-elect Major Biden, the first rescue dog to occupy the White House.
