Makeup Artist Grabs Anchor’s Arm as Earthquake Shakes California

KCBS news anchors DeMarco Morgan and Suzanne Marques were preparing to go on the air for an early morning newscast at 4:29 a.m. when an earthquake hit! The anchors and their shaken makeup artist weren’t the only ones disturbed by it -- New York native Cardi B had some choice words to express toward what was apparently her first California earthquake. The quake hit just as a scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory was being interviewed about NASA’s Mars Rover.
