Man Allegedly Part Of Massive NYC Snowball Fight Appears in Court

A group of police officers head into a courtroom to witness the case of a suspect who was accused of assaulting an officer after allegedly taking part in a massive snowball fight which saw NYPD officers being pelted. Police say two officers were hospitalized after the melee. Prosecutors declined to charge 27-year-old Gusmane Coulibaly with felony assault. They opted for misdemeanors: obstructing governmental administrations and harassment.
