Man Arrested After 14-Year-Old Florida Boy Stabbed to Death on Bike Ride: Cops

An arrest has been made in the stabbing death of 14-year-old Ryan Rogers. Police say his body was found off the side of a road after going for a bike ride near his Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, home. The suspect, Semmie Lee Williams, has a long criminal history, according to police. “This is absolute chance encounter between a boy on a bike and an animal that should probably not be on our streets,” police Chief Clint Shannon said during a press conference.
