Man Arrested After Attempting To Rescue Dog From Steep Cliff

A hiker spotted a dog in peril, stranded on a cliff. The hiker called for the frightened German shepherd to come down. She posted the video of a distressed dog seeking help on the animal rescue site "I Love Rescue." Hours later, two Good Samaritans got to a location in Hesperia, California. Aaron Christensen and Mark Primasing say the conditions were treacherous. Finally, Christensen was able to get the dog but then both men and the dog were trapped. Eventually, they were all rescued.
