Man Arrested When Found Driving With Missing Child From North Carolina Found

Police in Florida say a traffic stop for speeding turned up a missing child from North Carolina. The Putnam County Sheriff says Joshua Magraff, 37, was pulled over with a female passenger in his car. Deputies say they asked the passenger for identifying information, but they say she gave them false information three times. Investigators say when she finally gave them her real name, she came up as a missing child. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
