Man Bought $10 Million Lottery Ticket After Rain Stopped Him From Mowing Lawn

Bad weather brought a Virginia man good luck. Charles Martin of Amelia Courthouse was going to mow his lawn one night after work, but had to stop when a rainstorm came through his neighborhood. That's when Martin decided to go to a convenience store to buy some lottery tickets. He says he nearly had a heart attack when he realized he won $10 million on a scratch ticket.
