Man Caught on Video Kidnapping Young Girl Now Under Arrest: FBI

A man is under arrest after the FBI says he was seen on surveillance video abducting a child off the street and forcing her into his vehicle. Authorities say it happened on December 20th in Calumet City, Illinois. The FBI obtained video which they say shows the suspect grab the victim as she was walking on a sidewalk.
