One man is taking his message coast-to-coast on foot. Endurance runner Christian Griffith is embarking on an incredible journey from New York to San Francisco. Griffith survived childhood sexual abuse, but it wasn't an easy journey. He says he suffered from behavioral and mental health problems, including PTSD, and now he wants to help others through their recovery.
