Man Runs After Mounted Police Officer Jokes About 'Narcotics-Smelling Horse'

A man wasn't afraid of horses, until a mounted officer claimed his horse could smell narcotics. That's when the man took off running. One of the officers told local media he thought the suspect was playing along as part of the joke, but when he wouldn't stop running, they realized he was actually fleeing. It was not surprising that the man who seemed to believe a horse could sniff out narcotics also believed he could outrun a horse. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
