Man Who Killed Wife Before She Could Cut Him From Will Gets Life in Prison

A man who killed his wife the day before she planned to cut him out of her will has been sentenced to 25 years to life behind bars. Roderick Covlin, 46, was found guilty of killing his wealthy wife, Shele Danishefsky Covlin, who was found in the bathtub of her luxury Manhattan apartment on New Year's Eve 2009. Prosecutors say Covlin put her body in the bathtub to make it look like an accident so he could inherit her $5 million estate.
