Martha Stewart’s Defiant Message After Her Sentencing: ‘I’m Not Afraid’
In July 2004, Martha Stewart was sentenced to prison after being found guilty of conspiracy and other charges in a scandal that rocked her brand. After a judge ordered her to serve a five-month term in a federal correctional facility and a two-year period of supervised release, Stewart addressed the media outside court.
