Mary Kay Letourneau's Husband 'Offended' Over 'May December'

The highly critically praised movie “May December” is inspired by one of the most notorious teacher sex scandals of all time. Mary Kay Letourneau’s affair with her student Vili Fualaau sparked national outrage back in 1996. Fualaau says he's offended that he was not consulted for the movie. “I’m still alive and well. If they had reached out to me, we could have worked together on a masterpiece,” he tells the Hollywood Reporter. “Instead, they chose to do a ripoff of my original story.”
