Woman Steals Giant Skeleton Halloween Decoration

A woman stole a massive skeleton Halloween decoration from a Texas homeowner's front yard. Surveillance footage shows the thief hauling the estimated $300 skeleton into the back of her SUV. Also, some people are dressing up like Jeffrey Dahmer for Halloween in the wake of the hit Netflix series about the serial killer. The growing negative reaction is getting so intense, eBay has reportedly banned the sale of Dahmer Halloween costumes.
