It's their moment in the sun: These cheerful ladies are the real-life inspiration for Diane Keaton's new cheerleading movie, "Poms." They call themselves the Sun City Poms, and they began cheerleading in the Sun City, Arizona, area in 1979. The ladies range in age from 55 to 88 and they meet twice a week to practice so that they can nail complicated routines. And with 40 years under their belts, these cheerleaders have showed no signs of slowing down.
