Message on Dollar Bill May Be Evidence in 1999 Cold Case of Missing Girl

The family of a girl missing since 1999 is trying to make sense of what could be a potential lead in her case. 11-year-old Mikelle Biggs vanished while waiting for an ice cream truck in front of her Arizona home. Now, a dollar bill has surfaced in Wisconsin with a message on it: "My name is Mikel Biggs kidnapped From Mesa AZ. I'm Alive." Her sister, Kimber, says she's suspicious of the message.
