Miami Officer Cleans Man's 'Eyesore' Yard for 4 Hours Instead of Giving Ticket

Jacqueline Caicedo, a code compliance officer, responded to a complaint of a resident's lawn being severely overgrown. But instead of issuing a citation, the Miami Beach city employee lent a helping hand. The homeowner apparently hadn't cut his grass in four years and a community member called it an "eye sore." Caicedo and 11 volunteers from the city spent four hours cleaning up the man's lawn. InsideEdition.com's Keleigh Nealon (http://twitter.com/KeleighNealon) has more.
