The couple lost their 5-year-old daughter Skylar Herbert this week, making her the youngest victim to die of coronavirus in Michigan. Skylar’s mother, a police officer, and her father, a firefighter, were shown support by their colleagues as a silent procession of fire trucks passed the Herberts’ home.
