Woman Found Guilty After Crashing Into Kid's Birthday Party

A 67-year-old woman was found guilty after mowing down two kids at a birthday party. Marshella Chidester was drunk when she crashed through a wall of a venue where a birthday party was underway. A 4-year-old boy and his 8-year-old sister were pinned under the car and died. Fifteen other partygoers were injured. The defense claimed Chidester had a seizure at the wheel of her car. However, security video taken inside her home showed her drinking the day of the crash.
