The mullet is back! Demi Lovato, Cardi B, and Kamala Harris’s stylish step-daughter Ella Emhoff are all sporting the vintage haircut that’s business in the front, party in the back. The hair style was hugely popular in the early 1990s, thanks to the most famous mullet-wearer of them all, Billy Ray Cyrus.
