It’s the latest craze sweeping social media: the Milk Crate Challenge. But you definitely don't want to try it. It involves walking up one side of a pyramid of crates and going down the other, but nearly everyone who tries it has ended up on the ground. With the high potential for injury, health care professionals are pleading with people not to try it, as many are ending up in the emergency room. With ICU beds nearing capacity across the country, that’s the last thing hospitals need.
