Teen Charged After Crashing U-Haul Vehicle Near White House

The U.S. Secret Service arrested 19-year-old Sai Kandula after he crashed a U-Haul truck into a security barrier at the entrance to Lafayette Park near the White House. The Missouri computer programmer reportedly ranted that he wanted to "seize power, take over the government and kill the president." Now, Kandula is charged with threatening to kill, kidnap or inflict harm on the president. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
