Missouri Woman Finds Puppy in Car Engine After Traveling 25 Miles

As Carrie Lippert Gillaspie, a sports reporter for the Kansas City Royals baseball team, pulled into her work parking lot, she heard muffled sounds of a whimpering dog. That's when she discovered a dog was trapped in her coworker's car engine. Turns out, the dog snuck into her colleague Ashley Newman's car. Newman managed to grab the puppy when it was freed from the vehicle. The 4-month-old Pomeranian Shih Tzu mix was later reunited with her owner.
