Mom of 13 Kids Gifted $5,000 from Secret Santa After Dad Suffers Aneurysm

The parents of 13 children got a welcome Christmas surprise after a hard year. The lives of Rachel and Russell Keppner were turned upside down when Russell suffered a brain aneurysm earlier this year and had to be hospitalized. East Idaho News' Nate Eaton surprised the family with a check for $5,000 from a Secret Santa as they ate at a local restaurant.
